My name is Lynnette. I have been a qualified chef and pastry chef for over 20 years. I have worked in fine dining hotels for most of these years gaining lots of experience in the trade. I now work from home making and designing cakes in the St Austell area Cornwall,this allows me to make beautiful cakes at very competitive prices. I can deliver your cakes all over Cornwall. Good quality, fresh ingredients is always used including locally sourced ingredients and excellent quality Belgian Chocolate. Occasions I can supply cakes for any occasion: Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, Kid's Party Cakes, Christmas Cakes and Novelty Cakes, or maybe you would just like that special gooey cake for a special dinner party. I also make a range of flavours all individually decorated to tie in with that special occasion. Design Each cake will be decided over a consultation taking in your needs and wishes. Cakes can be designed to have piping, beadwork, sugar flowers, novelty characters, run outs of logos or cartoons, chocolate flowers and many more things. You can have personalised messages, designs, business logos to go with hobbies, work etc Flavour You can choose from many different flavour cakes including fruit, carrot, chocolate, chocolate fudge, coffee, citrus and many more. You can choose to have different flavours on different layers of a tiered cake. I will work closely with you or your party/wedding planner right up to the day, including delivery and set up if required.
